Inspired from late Shri Rajiv Gandhi's vision, how he wanted to transform India from 19th century to 21st century with the help of computers, and considering his statement during 1984-89 as the prime minister of India in regard to the socio-economic development of the country that, only 17 paisa out of every rupee allocated by the centre reaches the targeted people. Now in 2008, congress general secretary Shri Rahul Gandhi endorses 5 paisa only for the same. Both the leaders are born & brought up in the most politically active family of India that represents the biggest democracy in the world.

Sonia Ji introduced so many new legislations through the UPA Govt. as well as strengthened old Govt. projects and programs to implement Rajiv Ji vision that is to make rural area livable for youth to stop their migration by providing standard education, career and business opportunities as well as food with respect to every Indian citizen.

All the efforts of developmental schemes have not been effectually implement, due to lack of advance monitor programmed to control corruption in the system, non
answerability of the project exicutors to strategy makers leaders, taxpayers and fund providers addition to that many more reason.

Out of many reasons few are most important like: unawareness of rural people/society about the various projects/programs run by the government for their benefits. Secondly uneducated people/ community are not in a position to understand which are the programs for their benefit or development. Most setback they are unable to fulfill the formalities and completion/ writing the documentation to obtain benefit of the projects in their own interest.
